What we collect

When you request a free trial or a plan, we collect the details you type into the form:

• your name
• your WhatsApp number
• your email address, if you choose to give it
• your main device and the plan you picked

To stop spam, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit how many requests can be sent in an hour. It is not stored with your request and is discarded after one hour.

Why we use it

• to set up your trial or subscription and send you your login and setup guide
• to contact you about your request, your payment and your account
• to give you support when you ask for help

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only the Channo team. Your request is stored on our website’s server and a copy is emailed to our support inbox. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to that conversation.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your trial or subscription is active and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can answer questions about your account and payments. After that we delete them.

Your choices

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers small preferences in your own browser, such as whether you turned the sound effects on.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorised team members can access requests.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
